Mains bring the char-grilled skewers to the table — tender chicken shish, richly spiced Adana köfte and seasoned lamb ribs, all grilled to order — alongside a slow-cooked lamb bourguignon, braised for eight hours until it falls apart, a Wagyu beef burger, and pan-fried sea bass finished simply with sea salt, olive oil and lemon. Vegetarian options run throughout, including a herb-packed vegetarian kebab and crispy falafel.
